The Parent Guild is pleased to offer this online version of our Volunteer Form. Please complete this survey and submit. Confirmed dates of all activities and events, along with Coordinators names will be available on the St. Paul’s community website at www.stpauls.mb.ca (Parent Groups-Parent Guild-Files and Links) by September 2016. Please reference the hardcopy Parent Guild Activity & Event Outline that was in your recent parent mail out for full descriptions of the activities & events volunteer requirements.

NOTE: If both parents are wishing to volunteer for events and activities, you will each need to complete a survey, separately. Please contact (204) 831-2327 if you experience any problems.

This survey will only take a few minutes of your time. You CANNOT save the survey and must complete and send in "one sitting." Do NOT use the forward/backward arrows in your browser as it will not work with this type of survey.

There are many events & activities which you can choose from. Feel free to choose as many as you wish.

We would appreciate it you could please complete this survey by June 1, 2016 so the Parent Guild Executive and Event Coordinators can do some planning during the summer break.
Occasionally, the Parent Guild takes photos at school events and may wish to publish some of them in newsletters or on the St. Paul’s online community website. Please indicate below your approval to publish any pictures of yourself.
The Parent Guild will use the information you will enter in this survey to create a ‘volunteer database’; which will in turn be used to create email distribution lists for the various Parent Guild Events and Activities. Please indicate below if you agree to allow the Parent Guild to circulate the personal information collected by this survey to Parent Guild co-ordinators and Parent Guild Executive members on an as required basis, for the sole purpose of co-ordinating volunteers for a specific event or activity.

Hospitality Baking List

A group email will be generated for all bakers for Hospitality Events that require baking. Please only bake for the events that suit your personal schedule.

General Volunteer Sign Up

If you are unsure of your availability or schedule, please sign up as a general volunteer. Please note that specific event volunteers will be contacted first, followed by general volunteers, if required.

Food Handlers Certificate

Do you have a Food Handler’s Certificate? (Please be assured this is not necessary for volunteering; the Guild is only identifying parents with this training in case a new event requires it.)

Hospitality Events for 2016-2017

Below are listed the Hospitality Events for the 2016-2017 school year. Please select those events you would like to volunteer for. The specific event volunteers will be contacted first. After that, a general email will go out to the general volunteers, if volunteers are still needed. Please volunteer only for the events that suit your personal schedule. You will be contacted by the event co-coordinators close to the date of the event with further instructions about your responsibilities. Please reference the hardcopy Parent Guild Activity & Event Outline that was sent with your registration package for full descriptions of the Hospitality Event's volunteer requirements.
Below are listed the Graduation Events for the 2016-17 school year. Please select those events you would like to volunteer for. As these events are attended by families of Grade 12 students, we are in need of Grades 9-11 parents to help. The specific event volunteers will be contacted first. After that, a general email will go out to the General Volunteers, if needed. Please volunteer only for the events that suit your personal schedule. You will be contacted by the event Cooordinators close to the date of the event with further instructions about your responsibilities. Confirmed dates of all activities and events along with Coordinators' names will be available on the St. Paul’s community website at www.stpauls.mb.ca (Parent Groups-Parent Guild) by September 2016. Please reference the hardcopy Parent Guild Activity & Event Outline that was sent with your registration package for full descriptions of the Graduation Event volunteer requirements.
Each of the above events has an Event Coordinator. Please indicate if you would consider being an Event Coordinator and would like more information. Each event has an Event Outline that details the responsibilities of the Event Coordinator. The event outlines can be viewed on the St. Paul's High School Community under Parent Groups > Parent Guild > Files and Links > Event and Activity Outlines.
